房間清潔欠佳，設備殘舊，毛巾舊且巾邊破爛，住宿三天只供一支一天用的沖涼液，無其他清潔用品，拖鞋欠奉，第一天究無清水供應

Hotel is very dirty everywhere, Elevator was seem never clean, a lot of hair and dust on the floor. We booked the room 5 nights , on first 2 nights of stay, we were on top floor. We could not sleep due to noisy from water pumping. We can change the room on 3rd nights. First check in found blood stain on the blanket. We call reception to change the blanket.The Myanmar man came with angry face and told us that why you not change the room, now no housekeeping available. I told him whatever you can do for us , please do it, either change the room or blanket. Finally no room available. He come to change with other Myanmar staff and told us that here is just cheap hotel, we ca do only this. We were stay in many 3 star hotels, never met dirty place. Don’t booked here. Seem the owner don’t care anything. The towels are smelly and very old. All staff are from Myanmar, nothing wrong about their nationality, but seem no supervisor to check all operation in this hotel. It will be my first and last time here. Please run away from here

Not a very impressive hotel. The rooms are suitable for bare essentials. Nothing fancy going on here. The bed was comfortable, but I was confused as to why the toilet was never cleaned or the sheets never changed during my weeklong stay. The daytime receptionist was very friendly and helpful with finding transport options. I’d stay there again, though, because of the good location (near the beach, the mall, the downtown) and the privacy.

Location is pretty convenient to Second Road, Tree Town and the like. Pool is very small, in disarray, and there seemed to be a worker just camped out next to it every day not really doing anything. Switched to a smaller room from the deluxe as the lighting is pretty dim which rendered the stretch in the middle of the room fairly useless.
All of that is ok, but this is another Pattaya hotel that seems to think putting the bath matt in the toilet is somehow a good idea (see pic). Please stop doing this!
